Skin eye Acute percutaneous LD50 for male female rats >2000 mg/kg. Non-irritating to skin eyes (rabbits).

Mode of Action Non-systemic, organophosphate (OP) pesticide.

Control 1. Larvae of Anopheles, Aedes, Culex, Simulium spp., etc., in public health and agricultural situations.
2. Fleas on dogs and cats, and lice on humans.
3. Thrip, Deraeocoris Kirschbaum, cutworm, etc.
Uses  
Dosage e.g. Temephos 1% SG, control of mosquito larvae on public health: 0.5~1g GR/m2 clean water. Specific dosage depends on different fields and crops.
Application method Throw into the water

Application:
         Control mosquito and back fly larvae in aqueous enviorments and as a human and vaterinary ectoparasiticide.
         Control of larvae of Anopheles, Aedes, Culex, Simulium spp., etc., in public health and agricultural situations; applied at 18-558 g/ha (the high rate is for polluted waters). Also used for controlling fleas on dogs and cats, and lice on humans.
