Characteristic	1.Flash Point:11 °C 2.Appearance:Pure product is white crystal.   Technical is light yellowish transparent viscous oily liquid with aromatic odour. 3.Molecular weight:207.27 4.SOLUBILITY IN WATER AND SOLVENTS : It's insoluble in water,    soluble in organic solvents such as acetone,benzene and methanol. 5.STABILITY : It is unstable in alkaline or strong acid solution,stable in weak    acid medium.Heat can accelerate its decomposition.
Toxicity	Acute oral LD50 of technical t rats is 623mg/kg,acute dermal LD50 is more than 500 mg.kg.It is slight irritate to rabbit's skin and eyes. The mutagenic effection is negative in testing condition.
Function	BPMC is excellent effective to rice leafhoppers,cotton aphids.cotton leaf roller,yellow rce borers,plant hoppers and etc,with rapid effection,strong ability of killing eggs,strong permeability and etc.It can especially control over winter insects and their eggs in the cold winter.Also it can be used on outside parasites of livestock and public health pests.
Precautions	1.Don't mix it with alkaline pesticides 2.Avoid using propunil before or after 10 days about while BPMC          has been used in rice fields. 3.The dosage of 50% BPMCEC:usual amount:1200 ml/ha;highest amount: 1800 ml/ha,use it 4 times at most.The interval between application and harvest should be more than 21 days,the interval between applications should be 7-10 days.
Description	1).BPMC/Fenobucarb, is a most popular pesticide for plant hopper in worldwide. It is extensively used for control of plant hopper in rice.   2).BPMC is a low mammalian toxic carbamate with a good action against leafhoppers and planthoppers major pests of rice. It acts as a contact poison. It has a relatively fast killing action and a moderately long residual action. But it is none phytotoxic to rice and harmless to beneficial predatory and pollination insects.   3).BPMC can kill the insects in winter with its strong contact poisoning and quick effects, especially to blacktail rice leafhoppers which are resistant to organic phosphorus insecticides. It can prevent the cotton leafhoppers, paddy (stem) borers and big borers, and has certain effects to insects of fruit trees, vegetables and tea. It can also be made into mosquito incense and spraying agent.   4).If there is one popular pesticide that is ideal for plant hopper, it is BPMC (Fenobucarb). This insecticide is used worldwide for controlling plant hopper in rice and cotton crop. It falls in the category of carbamate insecticide. The most salient features of this chemical is that it is either pale yellow or pale red in color and is in liquid form but insoluble in water. Although it is quite beneficial in farming, it can be highly toxic for humans.
